The selection criteria for WORLDS 25 starting position

1. Only the TOP 7 athletes of each weight class get a starting position
2. Only athletes with a valid total from an official WORLDS 25 Qualifier or the EUROS 24 are taken into account
3. Starting places per nation are limited to 2 per weight class

Additional registration requirements: in order to participate in this competition, all athletes have to sign up to a FSL Membership (FinalRep Sports League). By joining the FSL, every athletes gets added to a doping-test pool. More information at the FSL-website

To register for the FSL, continue as follows:

1. Log-in to the app with your athletes profile
2. Go to „Upgrade“ in the menu sidebar
3. Go to the „FSL Membership“ and click „Subscribe“.
4. Enter your personal data and your availabilities*. 
5. Once saved your personal information, you will forwarded to the payment page. Here you can complete your subscription by payment via Credit Card or PayPal. 

FSL Subscription deadline: 16.07.2025

* Those information are relevant for the randomly selected off-season testing. This data will therefore be accessible to the testing agency in order to conduct those testings. Note: you can always change them here with ease afterwards any time.

Coach accreditation

• Coaches have to register for an official coach accreditation to get access to the athletes areas.
• Every athlete is allowed to have one coach accredited
• Coach accreditation are personalized and can not be passed on
• Coaches have to submit their registration up to 14 days prior to the competition

• Every competing athlete has a weekend ticket included for himself/herself
• Everyone, except staff, partners and competing athletes have to buy a visitors ticket (including coaches)

✈️ Long-distance public transportation: recommended airports: Frankfurt International Airport, Berlin, Halle/Leipzig – all 3 airports have a direct connection to Halle (Saale) Hauptbahnhof (Main station). 

🚉 Short-distance public transportation: From the Halle (Saale) Main station you can use the S-Bahn S3 to the station „Halle-Nietleben“. From here you can walk 5 minutes to the SWH.arena.

Our own demand is to create an outstanding sport competition experience onsite and online. Therefore, the entire competition will be streamed on YouTube. On our YouTube channel you will find one link for each competition day.

Creation of commercial content: the right to create commercial content (sell media packages at this event) belongs only to Dedicated Sports GmbH. Media package offerings for athletes will be communicated a few days prior to the competition directly to athletes. 

Creation of private content: private content is considered as content that is not professionally edited and sold to third parties. This being said, everyone at the event is permitted to create and share private content. 

Access to athletes areas: the access to athletes area is only given to athletes, coaches and media. Coaches and media have to request accreditation for this purpose. The accreditation for media is given by one of the following media passes: 

Media pass level 1: access to the athletes ares to create non-commercial content. This pass is suitable for the creation of VLOGS. The price for this media pass level 1 is 50€ per weekend.

Media pass level 2: access to the athletes areas and the competition stage plus the right to create commercial content. The right to create commercial content is limited to specific athletes. The price for this media pass level 2 is 200€ per athlete.

Press information: Press representatives get a free entry. They are also free to create content for their articles. To get a press pass, a press ID has to be shown. Once the article is published, it has to be shared directly with FinalRep.

General information for media and press: registration is made via e-mail to info@final-rep.com including your name and your specific interest. Registrations have to be made until 06.06.2025. All media passes include a weekend ticket. Media teams are obliged to share their created content with us if we ask for it.
