FinalRep is the worldwide leading platform for Streetlifting. Since 2020 FinalRep has established unifying rules for the sport, raised a worldwide competition system and built sustainable structures around it.
Since the WORLDS 25 Season where FinalRep has coordinated a worldwide network of 16 competitions across 4 continents, we are working of the establishment of professional and transparent Governance structures.
This page presents you the current state of development of our worldwide Governance at FinalRep.
By today, the governance at FinalRep involved the following departments
Since FinalRep is a private non-profit organization, the Corporate Management is the leading department within the overall governance structure. The FinalRep management includes Tim Reichel, Carsten Seeger and David Lüdke.
The management is responsible to coordinate projects, managing information flow and acts as the official legal representing entity of FinalRep.
The FinalRep Judging Committee is a working group of international head judges. Since its introduction, the Judging Committee is responsible to maintaining and developing the FinalRep rulebook. This also includes the evaluation of reported rulebook.
Currently the Judging Committee is organized in a WhatsApp group with a direct contact to the FinalRep management.
After WORLDS 25 we initiated the foundation of an „Athletes Committee“ as a consortium of influential athletes representing the international Streetlifting athletes community.
Currently the Athletes Committee is organized in a WhatsApp group with a direct contact to the FinalRep management.
After the WORLDS 25 we have hosted a „Worlds Meet-up“ where we got many leading heads of the worldwide sport community together. They included Judges, organizers, sponsors and team members. At this day we have set the vision together to found a World Streetlifting Federation (Blog article).
In January 2026 we have established a working group of 10 people from 8 different countries to co-create the structures for a new Organization. We are going to make this process as transparent as possible. Below you can find a summary of the quarterly updates from the progress of the WSLF Working group.
