FinalRep is the leading streetlifting competitions platform worldwide. Starting in 2020 with our first D-A-CH competition we have continuously improved our skillsets to provide all athletes and visitors with the most exciting sports competition they’ve ever seen. With the initiation and coordination of a worldwide competition saison and the host of a World championship, we have taken on the role of a world association for streetlifting. In this position, we see ourselves as responsible for the creation and further development of sustainable and stable structures for Streetlifting worldwide.

Since joining Streetlifting as an athlete in 2019, Tonio initiated FinalRep with the vision to grow the sport that he loves. Today Tonio is responsible to the global sport community management of FinalRep.

Tim Reichel

Head of Operations, Co-Founder

Since Tim and Tonio met in college, both established a good personal and sport connection. Backed with a Master degree in business administration, Tim is running the operative business of FinalRep from day one.

Carsten Seeger

Head of IT and Business Development

In 2022 Carsten jointed FinalRep with the vision to revolutionize the digitalization of sport. Since then he sees FinalRep as the perfect fit to create a blueprint for a well integrated digital structures in sport competitions and all their participants.

Here is a list of newly emerging tasks that we would like to fill with new volunteers.

The responsibility of being the leading organization for Streetlifting competitions worldwide has emerged very recently with the initiation of the WORLDS 2025 seasons. 

NEED: Based on this, we at FinalRep also see it as our responsibility to further develop the economical side in the sport.

TASK: The aim of this position is to act as an intermediary between global sponsors and the organizers of streetlifting competitions worldwide.

SKILLS: As Network Manager you should be sociable and have an affinity to commercial topics. You have to be fluent in written and spoken English. 

In this position, you are one of the sport’s leading links to the business world. Here you have the opportunity to influence the growth of the streetlifting sport worldwide like no other.

With the initiation of the FinalRep WORLDS Season 2025, the international interconnection in streetlifting has reached the next level.

NEED: On the FinalRep side, this has created a new area of responsibility as the ‘coordinator of a worldwide competition season’.

TASK: The task of this position is to support the competition partners in implementing the structures of FinalRep competitions.

SKILLS: As Network Manager you should have experience in event management and be fluent in written and spoken English. 

In this position you are always in close contact with the FinalRep Management and all national representatives worldwide. You act as a global link between numerous leading personalities. As such, you gather a variety of information and impressions like no other in the sport!

Since the start of the 2025 competition season, international interconnectedness has increased significantly. As a result, the communication effort on our part has also skyrocketed.

NEED: We are creating the position of ‘Global Community Manager’ to promote sport-specific education and international exchange.

TASK: The task of the Global Community Manager will be to establish communication structures at a global level.

SKILL: The Global Community Manager should enjoy communication and have a deep understanding of the sport of streetlifting. Personal experience as an athlete in competitive sport is advantageous. Fluent written and spoken English is a prerequisite.

In this position you are the center of communication between Streetlifting athletes worldwide. With your work in this position you can have a significant impact on the culture of this sport.  

With the organisation of a worldwide competition season, FinalRep is increasingly moving into the position of a world association for streetlifting.

NEED: In this function, the creation and communication of information is of great importance. As the sport grows, so does the portfolio of topics: Organisation of competitions, training of competition judges or the development of national support.

TASK: The Online Content Manager has the task of collecting and structuring information from all areas and disseminating it externally via our channels – primarily Instagram and the website.

SKILL: As Online Content Manager you should be structured in your work and be fluent in speaking and writing English.

In this position  you always have access to the latest information about FinalRep and what’s happening in Streetlifting. If anyone knows what it’s all about, it’s you!

Streetlifting is an attractive sport that creates great impressions. The content created during competitions has huge media potential.

NEED: We have generated a huge amount of high-quality image and video material from competitions in recent years.

TAKS: The task of the Content Creator is to prepare this content. This primarily involves cutting and editing videos.

SKILLS: As a Content Manager, you should have a basic skill set in cutting and editing videos.
