Need: We need one person in our core team that creates connections to national and international press agents, cable networks and other digital sport platforms.

Task: The task of this role is to accumulate the most relevant information about the sport. These information shall be summarize and structured in a way to present the sport transparent and attractive to people outside the Streetlifting bubble.

Skill: You are strong in professional communication. You shall be fluent in written and spoken English.

In this position you are close with the FinalRep Management. Once you have a stack of information, your focus it to create strong connections to press and similar representatives.

As the worldwide leading platform for streetlifting competitions, FinalRep has established a professional framework to the sport. By today it has gathered a worldwide competition structure that creates an increasing attention. Although this presence has a significant impact on the growth of the sport, the global sponsorship network is still very small and niche.

Need: We need people who reach out to potential sponsors and build a strong and wide sponsorship network.

Task: You make contacts to sponsors and initiate the sales process. You are also engaged in the maintenance of a global sponsors data base and spread current update.

Skill: You are strong in professional communication. You shall be fluent in written and spoken English. You have a structured work and are familiar with sales processes (if you are not, you can learn it with us 😉 )

In this position you are in the center of communication with sponsors worldwide.

TASK: You are gathering information about the work of FinalRep and the growth of the Streetlifting sport worldwide. You write and publish content via the Blog on our website and our E-Mail Newsletter.

SKILL: You are skilled in writing and interested to be always up-to-date in the Streetlifting scene. You know how to write a copy and deliver the essence of your message to your audience.

In this position you will be best informed about the progress of FinalRep and the sport worldwide.

With the FinalRep App we have introduced a new dimensions to the Streetlifting sport. The vision for this app is to be the ideal platform for competition sports. 

NEED: A lot of knowledge about this app and its use wants to be shared. We need someone who leads the content creation for this topic. 

TASK: As a Content Manager you have the task to plan, structure and create content about the app and its use. 

SKILL: For the content creation you need skills in content planning and creation. This includes the use of Excel/Sheets, Canva, Instagram and YouTube. 

In this position you will be best informed about our digital platform. You are in close contact with the main developers.

Gyms are the basis of the Streetlifting sport. They are the ground on which athletes train day by day. Although they are so important, their visibility to the global sport community is still small. This creates the need to promote Streetlifting gyms in an appropriate way.

NEED: We need someone who creates and manages a new FinalRep project: FinalRep Affiliated Gyms.

TAKS: You will create an offer to Gyms that are suited for a proper Streetlifting training and spread this opportunity to gyms worldwide.

SKILL: You are strong in professional communication. You shall be fluent in written and spoken English. You have a structured work and are familiar with sales processes (if you are not, you can learn it with us 😉 )

In this position you will create a new opportunity for Streetlifting gyms to become visible. You will create a new network of gyms worldwide. This role will have a huge impact on the future growth of Streetlifting!

Streetlifting is an attractive sport that creates great impressions. The content created during competitions has huge media potential.

NEED: We have generated a huge amount of high-quality image and video material from competitions in recent years. We want to use this content in short form and long form content to better promote the sport.

TAKS: The task of the Content Creator is to prepare this content. This primarily involves cutting and editing videos.

SKILLS: As a Content Manager, you should have a basic skill set in cutting and editing videos.

The foundation of FinalRep is to grow the Streetlifting sport in a fundamental and sustainable way. In the past, our focus was only dedicated to competitions. Now we are expanding our focus and addressing the training space. With the FinalRep Training App, we create an offer that provides guidance to Calisthenics and Streetlifting training. This offer shall address everyone on the way to their first Streetlifting competition.

NEED: We need coaches who are able to create and manage well structured SL training plans.

TASK: You create and update training plans and provide a chat support to the customers of the FinalRep Training App

SKILL: You have experience in coaching athletes: creating training plans, client communication and progress assessment.
