Gyms are the basis of the Streetlifting sport. They are the ground on which athletes train day by day. Although they are so important, their visibility to the global sport community is still small. This creates the need to promote Streetlifting gyms in an appropriate way.

NEED: We need someone who creates and manages a new FinalRep project: FinalRep Affiliated Gyms.

TAKS: You will create an offer to Gyms that are suited for a proper Streetlifting training and spread this opportunity to gyms worldwide.

In this position you will create a new opportunity for Streetlifting gyms to become visible. You will create a new network of gyms worldwide.

By today it has gathered a worldwide competition structure that creates an increasing attention. Although this presence has a significant impact on the growth of the sport, the global sponsorship network is still very small and niche.

Need: We need people who reach out to potential sponsors and build a strong and wide sponsorship network.

Task: You make contacts to sponsors and initiate the sales process. You are also engaged in the maintenance of a global sponsors data base and spread current update.

With an official Streetlifting Coaching License we want to provide this education to our global community while establishing a quality standard on sport education.

NEED: We need someone who creates and manages the “FinalRep Coaching License” a new project.

TAKS: You will create an education plan, training and course materials.

SKILL: You have multiple years experience as a Coach; preferably you already obtain a coaching license in any related field of sport. You shall be fluent in written and spoken English.

In this position you will shape the future of the sport by creating a integral aspect of the sport structure form scratch.

By today FinalRep has become a global platform for international Streetlifting competitions. With events across different continents, a clear coordination of the international competition season becomes more and more important.

NEED: We need one person who supports the coordination of our international competition season and acts as a direct contact person for continental partnerships in Europe, Asia or America.

TAKS: You coordinate timelines, communication and processes of international competitions on your continent. You stay in close contact with event organizers, partners and the FinalRep core team to ensure smooth cooperation.

SKILLS: You are organized, reliable and enjoy working in an international environment. You communicate clearly and feel comfortable coordinating topics in English.

In this position you are closely connected to the international expansion of FinalRep and actively shape the global competition structure.

NEED: We need someone who is dedicated to spread relevant international and external information on our website (Blog) and newsletter.

TASK: You are gathering information about the work of FinalRep and the growth of the Streetlifting sport worldwide. You write and publish content via the FinalRep Blog or Newsfeed on our website and our E-Mail Newsletter.

SKILL: You are skilled in writing and interested to be always up-to-date in the Streetlifting scene. You know how to write a copy and deliver the essence of your message to your audience.

In this position you will be best informed about the progress of FinalRep and the sport worldwide.

FinalRep connects athletes, competitions and communities worldwide. Social media plays a key role in representing the sport and its international growth.

NEED: We need someone who manages the international FinalRep Instagram channel for one continent (Europe, Asia or America) and helps strengthen the connection between athletes, events and the global community.

TAKS: You plan, publish and monitor content on the official FinalRep Instagram channel for your continent. You work closely with athletes, event organizers and the central media team to share relevant and engaging content.

SKILLS: You enjoy working with Instagram and have a good feeling for content and community interaction. You are motivated, creative and able to communicate confidently in English.

In this position you represent FinalRep on an international level and directly influence the visibility and growth of the sport.

Create video content for YouTube from your media database.

NEED: We need one Content Creator who produces regular YouTube content. 

TAKS: You get access to our media database with event content from the last 3 years. With this you create YouTube video for Streetlifting on a structured and regular basis.

SKILLS: You have good skills in video editing and access to a video editing software.

In this position you can create a high leverage for the Streetlifting sport to become more visible and accelerate its growth.
