FinalRep is known as the worldwide leading platform for Streetlifting competitions. Over the last years, FinalRep has grown into the position to create encompassing structures for the sport in general. This includes a competition system, a digital platform, a judging license and now with this project also a training app.
With the FinalRep Training App – a training platform hosted by MyStrengthbook – we are providing a helpful framework for Streetlifting training. Our vision for this platform is to create an easy-to-access opportunity for everyone to enter the Streetlifting world and start their own athlete’s journey.

The FinalRep Training App is aiming to provide a well rounded and fundamental basis of structure to everyone’s training routine. This platform offers a variety of pre-designed training plans that will be individualized according to your personal conditions.
With the official launch of this platform it will include 9 training plans, each lasting 3 months, which build on each other sequentially. Depending on your level, you can decide on which stage you would like to start. The basis for this initial offer is the idea to provide a clear and guided path to your first Streetlifting competition.
The initial offer will include the following 9 training plans:
You are new to the sport? This plan helps teaches you the core basic for Calisthenics and Streetlifting workouts: clean form pull up and dip.
Once you have the basics, you increase your volume. This is all this plan is about: volume for pull ups and dips.
The next level pull exercise is the Pull Over. This plan teaches you to master this exercise and get prepared for the muscle up.
The muscle up is the supreme discipline in Calisthenics and Streetlifting. This plan gives you a clear path to your first proper muscle up.
You are able to perform pull up and dip in volume? Then you are ready for your first Calisthenics competition – the LoR Starter League. This is your prep plan.
You are able to perform a clean muscle up? Then you are ready for the LoR Power League. This is your prep plan. Once you have mastered this stage, you are ready for Streetlifting!
You have mastered the basic calisthenics skills? Now you are ready to add weight and start with Streetlifting. This plan teaches you the basic FinalRep Streetlifting rules and how to train with weights.
Once you have learned the skills of weighted training in Streetlifting, the real journey starts: increasing volume and weight. With this plan you build the foundation for long-term growth.
You are ready for your first Streetlifting competition? This plan provides a well rounded frame to prepare for your first Underground competition.
Training plans have a 12 weeks training cycle. „Road to competition“ plans have a 6 week training cycle.
Streetlifting has its roots in calisthenics. To build strength in streetlifting, it is important to master the basics. This starts with learning good technique. Our plans take this approach into account.
The foundation of FinalRep is the idea to grow sport by raising the competition sport. Competitions are the center of each sport. They get the most attention and they are the reason for many athletes to push their boundaries and for some people they are the reason to start with the sport. We want to inspire people to do more sport. And this app helps you to find the right way.
