You must register for events through the FinalRep App. No participation without registration.

The rules for each event are laid out within the registration process in the app. Please review the qualification rules carefully before registering, especially regarding:

• Number of athletes per category
• Required rankings
• Nationality limits

Each organizer decides, if they assign starting positions my manual approval or „first-come-first-serve“. This is laid out in the registration process too. If you’re not immediately confirmed, stay patient – you might be on the waiting list.

The organizer can change your weight class afterwards. You by yourself can’t.

If you change your weight class or nationality, it may not sync immediately. Be aware this can cause display issues or misunderstandings.

If the app isn’t working properly:

1. Clear your cache and cookies
2. Try using another device
3. Try again later

For event related questions please contact the organizer of your competition directly. Their contact details you can find in the app event.

If you are unable to participate after registration and payment, please refer to the Event Terms and Conditions for Athletes linked on the event page.
They define the exact refund rules in case of:

• ⁠non-approval after registration
• ⁠personal cancellation
• ⁠event cancellation by the organizer

Refunds are only possible under the specific conditions outlined there.

For cancellation requests, always directly contact the organizer of the competition that is always well visible in the app event.
