General Information

This is the official form for reporting serious violations at FinalRep competitions or in the context of them.

About this form: This query is of great importance for the further development of the sporting quality of FinalRep Streetlifting competitions. We ask you to fill out this form objectively and as comprehensively as possible. We will read every entry in this form and process it responsibly. Incorrect or incomplete information will reduce the quality of your report. In the case of very unobjective and unverifiable reports, we reserve the right not to follow up on them.

Types of violations: for this reporting procedure, we offer you the following violation types / categories:

1c) Was it a unique or recurring (structural) incident? How often has the incident occurred?

2a) How has the violation been dealt with onsite?

2b) Was the affected person made aware of this incident?

2c) If so, how and by whom was the violation reported to the person affected?

2d) How did the person or any other responsible person respond?

2e) Was there any recognisable change in behaviour afterwards?
