More than 5 years ago, FinalRep was founded with the vision to unite the Calisthenics sport worldwide. From the first day our clear focus was to raise Streetlifting as a professional and international well recognized sport. However, we always saw that the need for a well rounded competition structure in Endurance Calisthenics as well…

In this Blog we will introduce to you a project that we have initiated in 2023 after WORLDS 23.

If you are interested in Endurance Calisthenics, this article is a must read for you!

Back to the roots

The roots of Streetlifting are in the Calisthenics sport. Most of the people who are now into Streetlifting, have started by learning the movement through basic exercises in a classic Calisthenics Training. Since it is our vision as FinalRep to make Streetlifting a professional and international well recognized sport, we see it as our responsibility to create a system that engages as many people as possible. For us, this means to include the Endurance Calisthenics sport into our long-term growth strategy!

After our first attempt to raise Endurance Calisthenics competitions in 2021 under the name of „FinalRep Endurance“, we have paused this project for a few years due to a lack of ressources in our team. By today this played out well, because it created more space to focus on Streetlifting only.

How we started

In 2023, after WORLDS 23, we again got hooked by the idea of creating a worldwide and professional competition structure for Endurance Calisthenics as well. And as in the very beginning of FinalRep, this also started in Leipzig (Germany), with a small group of friends envisioning a big thing that is not yet existing. However, very soon we were clear that this is the right time and the right constellation for us to really start this project.

Over the last 2 years we have worked consistently and with increasing intensity on the construction of an Endurance competition format and structure that matches our approach on how a sport should look like.

In 2025 we have started our First nationwide competition season in Germany with 4 Qualifiers in May and one Final in August. Over this season we have gained a lot of crucial insights and build important contacts with people all over the world, that lead us to the project we are currently running: the Winter League 26.

Winter League 26

The Winter League 26 is the first international competition season in Endurance Calisthenics. We have created a unifying rulebook, briefed competition organizers worldwide on our standards and raised a social media campaign on our Instagram channel @fr_street_workout.

This Winter League season has started at 17th January and will end at 1st March 2026. Within a period of about 5 weeks, we are running 18 competitions by ourselves (the FR Street Workout Core team) and collaborating on 6 more competitions worldwide. All self-hosted competitions are produced with a livestream that you can check out at the YouTube Account @FRStreetWorkout

This Season thereby includes 23 competitions across 10 countries!

All competitions are managed with our FinalRep App. This includes a live judging via every judges phone, updated live views for visitors and updated livestream overlays. The best livestreams by today we have selected here in a short playlist:

The competition format

The competition format for this Winter League was build to meet the following criteria:

  1. Easy to understand – low complexity of the routine
  2. Easy to access – for as many people as possible
  3. Easy to organize – with a minimum of resources and preparation

The result of this is the following

  1. 4 disciplines with Multipliers in 4 minutes: Pull/Chin-up (4), Dip (3), Squat Jump (1), Push-up (2)
  2. Each athlete collects points for their personal total. For exercises with no valid rep, you receive a penalty of 20 points. The athlete with the highest total wins.
  3. All exercises have to be completed in this sequence. Once you move to the next discipline, you can’t go back. You can pause as often as you want/need.

Global Ranking and worldwide comparability

The center of our vision for this project is to create a worldwide competition platform for Endurance Calisthenics. For us, this includes the following criteria:

  1. Comparability: All performances worldwide are comparable. This requires a unifying rulebook and a consistent implementation via judging.
  2. Transparency: All results worldwide are visible in one ranking. With the FinalRep App we already cover this
  3. Full spectrum: The format attracts a wide spectrum of people, regardless of their skill level or training focus.

The current Winter League is already incorporated in the FinalRep app. By today we had already 300+ athletes competing that you can find in one ranking!

Lets grow the future of Calisthenics together!

The Winter League 26 already marks a new chapter in the Calisthenics sport worldwide. Never before was a system like this implemented into the sport. Thanks to our network and ressources that we have gained over 5 years with FinalRep, we are able to move forward straight and fast. The feedback that we got over the last 2 years can be summarized as follows:

This competition format is on point! That’s exactly what the sport has been missing until now.

If you want to join this project, as athlete, event host, sponsor or as part of our team, follow our channels or reach out to us!

Let’s create the future of Calisthenics together!
