In 2024 FinalRep has started to organize Calisthenics Endurance competitions under the new brand of „FR Street Workout“. The vision for this format is to give the Calisthenics Endurance sport a competition structure that meets FinalRep’s standards.
In 2026, we will introduce a new competition system called League of Reps (LoR). Similar to the FinalRep structures in Streetlifting, our goal here is to establish a global competition network for Calisthenics Endurance.
Since Streetlifting has its roots in Calisthenics, we see a strong symbiosis between Streetlifting and Calisthenics Endurance. We believe that establishing an internationally standardised Endurance competition system is another important step for the global growth of Calisthenics.
League of Reps (LoR) is a competition system that offers an internationally standardised competition structure for the sport of endurance calisthenics. It comprises several competition formats that are held within the framework of an overarching league system. It offers all athletes, from amateur to elite, a common platform. Our vision is to organise an annual international competition season starting in 2026, which will take the sport to a new level of professionalism and reach.
An internationally uniform competition structure has the following advantages:
Only with uniform rules can performances be compared objectively. This allows local, national or international leaderboards and rankings to be created.
A standardised set of rules enhances the sport, makes it more attractive to sponsors, the media and newcomers, and promotes professionalisation worldwide.
Motivation increases through clear goals, officially recognised competitions and the opportunity to compete with the best in the world.
Uniform standards facilitate the training of judges, coaches, athletes and clubs and ensure the uniform development of the sport across national borders.
Globally coordinated competitions promote a sense of community and bring the sport to life – also in international exchanges.
A uniform international competition structure is important to ensure that the sport can be practised fairly, transparently and comparably worldwide. Standardised rules and evaluation criteria ensure that all athletes have the same conditions in competitions, regardless of which country they come from or which event they are competing in.
The competitions are held in individual groups (flights) with at least two starters at the same time. The required exercises must be performed in the specified order and within the specified time. The apparatus may be left at any time for a break. Once an exercise has been completed, it may not be repeated. Each athlete is accompanied by a judge throughout the competition. The judge decides on the validity of the individual repetitions. The principle of ‘clean form only’ applies.
For each exercise, there is a minimum number of valid reps that must be successfully completed (cap). Each exercise has its own value (multiplier). The winner is the athlete who has collected the most points. Points can be scored by completing valid reps in the various exercises (reps x multiplier). Men and women are scored separately. Falling below the cap results in a deduction of 20 points.
These are our goals for 2026:
Expansion of the Germanwide competition season and first international collaborations.
Digitalization of event management and judging within the FinalRep App
Creating a digital Judging Education system.
