In 2024 we have launched our own doping-test system in collaboration with a Doping-Test Agency in Germany. Together we are aiming to create a worldwide structure for a solid and affordable doping-testing.  

NEED: We are looking for someone with strong interest in anti-doping regulations, procedures and structures. 

TASK: Co-creating the worldwide Doping-Test structure. This includes writing project concepts, and leading the communication with laboratory and doping-test agents. 

SKILLS: As Project Manager for Doping-Testing you should be able to self-manage your work. You have to be fluent in written and spoken English. 

In this position, you are the main contact person for doping-test related topics in the sport. 

With the initiation of the FinalRep WORLDS Season 2025, the international interconnection in streetlifting has reached the next level.

NEED: On the FinalRep side, this has created a new area of responsibility as the ‘coordinator of a worldwide competition season’.

TASK: The task of this position is to support the competition partners in implementing the structures of FinalRep competitions.

SKILLS: As Collaboration Manager you should have experience in event management and be fluent in written and spoken English. 

In this position you are always in close contact with the FinalRep Management and all national representatives worldwide. You act as a global link between numerous leading personalities. As such, you gather a variety of information and impressions like no other in the sport!

With the FinalRep App we have introduced a new dimensions to the Streetlifting sport. The vision for this app is to be the ideal platform for competition sports. 

NEED: A lot of knowledge about this app and its use wants to be shared. We need someone who leads the content creation for this topic. 

TASK: As a Content Manager you have the task to plan, structure and create content about the app and its use. 

SKILL: For the content creation you need skills in content planning and creation. This includes the use of Excel/Sheets, Canva, Instagram and YouTube. 

In this position you will be best informed about our digital platform. You are in close contact with the main developers.

With the organisation of a worldwide competition season, FinalRep is increasingly moving into the position of a world association for streetlifting.

NEED: In this function, the creation and communication of information is of great importance. As the sport grows, so does the portfolio of topics: Organisation of competitions, training of competition judges or the development of national support.

TASK: The Online Content Manager has the task of collecting and structuring information from all areas and disseminating it externally via our channels – primarily Newsletter and the website.

SKILL: As Online Content Manager you should be structured in your work and be fluent in speaking and writing English.

Streetlifting is an attractive sport that creates great impressions. The content created during competitions has huge media potential.

NEED: We have generated a huge amount of high-quality image and video material from competitions in recent years.

TAKS: The task of the Content Creator is to prepare this content. This primarily involves cutting and editing videos.

SKILLS: As a Content Manager, you should have a basic skill set in cutting and editing videos.
