NEED: A lot of information wants to be shared from our side, but our capacity to do so is limited. We need someone who leads our Blog and Newsletter formats. 

TASK: As a Copywriter you are gathering information about the work of FinalRep and the growth of the Streetlifting sport worldwide. You write and publish content via the Blog on our website and our E-Mail Newsletter.

SKILL: You are skilled in writing and interested to be always up-to-date in the Streetlifting scene. You have some basic. You know how to write a copy and deliver the essence of your message to your audience.

In this position you will be best informed about the progress of FinalRep and the sport worldwide.

With the FinalRep App we have introduced a new dimensions to the Streetlifting sport. The vision for this app is to be the ideal platform for competition sports. 

NEED: A lot of knowledge about this app and its use wants to be shared. We need someone who leads the content creation for this topic. 

TASK: As a Content Manager you have the task to plan, structure and create content about the app and its use. 

SKILL: For the content creation you need skills in content planning and creation. This includes the use of Excel/Sheets, Canva, Instagram and YouTube. 

In this position you will be best informed about our digital platform. You are in close contact with the main developers.

With the organisation of a worldwide competition season, FinalRep is increasingly moving into the position of a world association for streetlifting.

NEED: In this function, the creation and communication of information is of great importance. As the sport grows, so does the portfolio of topics: Organisation of competitions, training of competition judges or the development of national support.

TASK: The Online Content Manager has the task of collecting and structuring information from all areas and disseminating it externally via our channels – primarily Newsletter and the website.

SKILL: As Online Content Manager you should be structured in your work and be fluent in speaking and writing English.

In this position  you always have access to the latest information about FinalRep and what’s happening in Streetlifting. If anyone knows what it’s all about, it’s you!

Streetlifting is an attractive sport that creates great impressions. The content created during competitions has huge media potential.

NEED: We have generated a huge amount of high-quality image and video material from competitions in recent years. We want to use this content in short form and long form content to better promote the sport.

TAKS: The task of the Content Creator is to prepare this content. This primarily involves cutting and editing videos.

SKILLS: As a Content Manager, you should have a basic skill set in cutting and editing videos.

Since 2025, FinalRep is in the role of coordinating international seasons and educating event host on how to organize a competition. Both tasks require a lot of communication. With the proper use of AI tools, there is a huge potential to optimize this workflow.

NEED: With the use of AI-tools we want to build lean and scalable communication structures. We need someone who is knowledgable in using and implementing AI workflows to several tasks. 

TASK: You will develop ideas on how to implement AI in our working structures. Together with the FinalRep management, you will be implement them into our working processes. 

SKILL: For this position you should be knowledgable and experienced on how to use AI in several workflows.  

In this position you will work hand in hand with the FinalRep management.
